      • From my first draft to my final draft, I made a lot of revisions. I was pretty proud of my writing in the first draft, yet I was still really open to changes and hearing what my peer reviewers were going to say about it. The activity we did while peer editing was SO helpful: in the moment, I didn’t like it because of how tedious it was. However, it forced us to think about each others works in a different way, and even though we were assigned to say the things we said, it still was really helpful. If I could choose, I would totally do that technique again for essays down the road. And I’m also grateful at how everyone is now a really tough reviewer because it does help in the long run.
